AΩGO brings narration, on-screen words, related imagery, and optional stereo binaural audio into one guided session. You choose a module, narrator, listening mode, and playback schedule before the session begins.
Start with Sleep Management or select an add-on for learning, health, fitness, performance, or entertainment.
Use Awake mode when you want synchronized words and imagery. Use Sleep mode when the module supports a sleep routine.
Select an available narrator and choose whether an Awake session plays once, repeats a set number of times, or continues until a chosen time.
Why use AΩGO?
Most online content gives you a recording or video and leaves you to decide how to use it. AΩGO organizes the purpose, voice, timing, on-screen support, and listening mode before you begin.

How the methods work together
In Awake mode, narration is paired with synchronized words and related imagery so you can hear, read, and see the material. Guided language and suggestion methods drawn from hypnosis are used to help settle attention and keep you engaged with the session. Optional binaural beats provide a stereo sound environment that some listeners may find helpful for focus or relaxation.
When a module supports both modes, you can work with the material while awake and return to related content as part of a sleep routine. The aim is to support familiarity, learning, retention, and recall through regular engagement. Whether adding Sleep mode improves learning beyond awake practice has not been established for AΩGO.
These methods support the learning experience, but they do not guarantee a result. AΩGO does not claim that binaural beats or hypnosis directly cause learning, or that a person can learn new factual material while asleep. Individual results will vary.
Language, suggestion, and sound
AΩGO uses this term for guided language inspired by neuro-linguistic programming (NLP): prompts, mental imagery, and repetition intended to help you reflect on familiar patterns and rehearse responses that fit your own goals. For example, a session can invite you to picture yourself approaching a task calmly and practicing the steps involved.
NLP is different from neurolinguistics, the scientific study of language and the brain. Evidence for NLP's effectiveness is limited. AΩGO does not present it as a proven treatment or a way to acquire another person's skills automatically.
Here, subconscious suggestion means guided suggestions intended to help you reflect on habitual thoughts and responses. The approach draws on hypnosis methods involving focused attention, relaxation, and imagination. You choose the goals you want to practice, consider the suggestions, and can stop the session at any time.
The purpose is to give useful ideas repeated attention and encourage personal reflection. Responses to suggestion vary. Listening does not guarantee that a message will be accepted, remembered, or acted on, and a recorded session is not clinical hypnotherapy.
Sound frequency describes how quickly a sound wave vibrates. With stereo headphones, slightly different tones delivered to each ear can produce the perception of a beat at the difference between their frequencies. For example, 200 Hz in one ear and 210 Hz in the other can produce a perceived 10 Hz beat.
AΩGO uses optional binaural beats as part of the listening environment. Research into effects on attention and memory has mixed findings. A beat frequency does not establish a listener's brain state, and there is no established universal frequency that forces sleep or guarantees deep sleep, dreams, or improved performance.
Awake sessions let you actively follow and revisit the material. Supported Sleep sessions let you include related content in a bedtime routine. The aim is to encourage regular practice and explore whether the combination helps you engage with and retain what you study. Better learning from this particular combination has not been established for AΩGO, and Sleep mode does not measure or control your sleep stages.
These are methods for personal exploration and practice. AΩGO does not claim to treat illnesses, induce narcolepsy, guarantee lucid dreams, or replace study and practice. Read more about hypnosis research, the evidence for NLP, and binaural beats and cognition.
What you can do with it
AΩGO is built for repeated, directed experiences. The app gives you one place to settle into a sleep routine, follow educational material, practice personal goals, or spend time with performance and entertainment content.
Use the included Sleep Management program to prepare for rest and move through a programmed nighttime session.
Use Awake mode to hear, read, and see the material, then return to related content in Sleep mode when the module supports it. Repeated exposure may help familiarity, retention, and recall.
Choose a session and a repeat plan instead of searching for separate tracks each time you want to return to the material.
Select sessions developed for fitness, performance, self-development, literature, or other guided experiences as they become available.
AΩGO provides structured wellness and educational experiences. It does not guarantee sleep, learning, health, or performance results, and it does not replace professional medical or mental health care.
How a session works
In Awake mode, the spoken text appears in time with the narration while related visual material moves through the background. Hypnosis-informed guided language and optional binaural beats may help some users focus, relax, and engage more deeply with the material. Playback controls remain available without leaving the module.
Sleep mode begins with a sleep routine, then plays the selected module according to its programmed sequence. Awake and Sleep modes let you include related material in different parts of your routine. The combined approach is intended to support learning and retention, but an added learning benefit from Sleep mode has not been established for AΩGO.
Stereo earbuds or headphones are needed to receive the intended binaural beat effect because each ear must receive a different tone. Keep the volume comfortable. The app explains this before a supported session begins.
AΩGO is a wellness and educational product. It does not diagnose, treat, or replace medical or mental health care.

Podcasts, videos, meditation tracks, and audiobooks usually give you one piece of content. AΩGO combines the selected module, narrator, Awake or Sleep mode, synchronized words and imagery, a repeat plan, hypnosis-informed guided language, and optional binaural beats. This gives you a structured way to work with related material while awake and, where supported, return to it as part of a sleep routine.
They may support the conditions around learning. Hypnosis-informed language is intended to help settle attention and keep you engaged. Optional binaural beats may help some people focus or relax. Synchronized words and imagery and repeated awake practice give you ways to revisit the material. Whether adding Sleep mode improves learning beyond awake practice has not been established for AΩGO. Results vary, and AΩGO does not claim guaranteed learning or that new facts can be learned while asleep.
Stereo earbuds or headphones are needed for the intended binaural beat effect. You may use any comfortable stereo listening device.
Yes. Awake mode includes synchronized narration, words, imagery, and playback choices. Do not use sleep-oriented sessions while driving or doing anything that requires attention.
The app is currently in controlled beta testing. Approved testers can sign in and open Tester downloads to install or update the Android or Windows app. Assigned module add-ons are downloaded inside the app. Other visitors can join the release-news list or apply for a beta place.
